YOUR GALLERY @ THE GUARDIAN EXHIBITION The Saatchi Gallery and The Guardian joined forces to create the first ‘reader-curated’ contemporary art show, featuring emerging new talent from Your Gallery. Lotta de Beus won the competition and exhibited her work with nine other artists at the Your Gallery @ The Guardian exhibition. The exhibition took place from 24-28 October in the Guardians Newsroom Gallery in London’s Clerkenwell.

A panel of judges has chosen the work of 30 artists from the 10,000 artists who are registered on the Your Gallery website. These 30 artists were featured in a special launch issue of the Guardian's G2 supplement on 6 September and on the Guardian's website. The other winners were: Elena Bajo, Joshua Hagler,Paul John Taylor, Sarah Jeffries, Amy Stein, Robin Cracknell, Anthea Bush, Peter Root and Claire Morgan.

The judges were: artists Marc Quinn and Cornelia Parker; Mollie Dent-Brocklehurst, co-director of the Gagosian gallery; Tim Marlow, director of White Cube, and broadcaster and Guardian art critic Jonathan Jones. Lotta de Beus was nominated by artist Marc Quinn.
